Queensland Urban Utilities is the name of the new water and wastewater business which will provide services to the cities and townships of five council regions in South East Queensland - Brisbane, Ipswich, Lockyer Valley, Scenic Rim and Somerset.
From July 2010 the new water business will be jointly owned by all five Councils.
